PUPIL PREMIUM – Effective leadership on improving outcomes during and after COVID 19

This course is designed for pupil premium leads and school leaders with responsibility for leading on this area of provision. We will examine and evaluate effective strategies, with reference to the latest research and best practice. The course will also consider planning provision, monitoring and tracking to create an audit trail, evaluation and reporting. Supported time for planning how to apply the learning in your context will be allocated in the afternoon session.

SENCO Essentials 2 for new and returning SENCOS

A follow up to SENCO ESSENTIALS in term 1, but also open to those taking on the role part-way through the year or those returning to the role.  This session will cover the graduated response, tracking the impact of provision, coaching colleagues, self-evaluation and development planning. There will also be time for questions and troubleshooting around your current issues.
