PUPIL PREMIUM – LEADING ON DIMINISHING THE DIFFERENCE

This course is designed for pupil premium leads and school leaders with responsibility for leading on this area of provision. We will examine and evaluate effective strategies, with reference to the latest research and best practice. The course will also consider planning provision, monitoring and tracking to create an audit trail, evaluation and reporting. Supported time for planning how to apply the learning in your context will be allocated in the afternoon session.

IMPROVING WRITING OUTCOMES FOR VULNERABLE LEARNERS

This course has been developed from OXSIT’s work with Oxfordshire schools on the Writing Project in 2018-19.  The session will offer practical ideas and strategies for supporting the weakest writers through the writing process and helping them move towards independence.
